TalentHub

TalentHub is not your average recruitment agency and they needed that to come across loud and clear on the website.  Furthermore they needed their excellent marketing to convert consistently into contracts. We clearly divided the site into client-facing and candidate-facing sections and developed a tone of voice for each allowing them to speak more directly to their two audiences.

We humanised the look and feel of the site with plenty of people-centric imagery and an emphasis on the team that is TalentHub and finally, we built a user-friendly integration with Bullhorn, their VMS, allowing them to easily manage their vacancies and automatically route applications to the correct desk.
